Site Engineering Team

The site engineering contract has been signed and the design team is hard at work to get everything prepared for submission to all of the governing agencies. This design will include the layout of the building on the grounds, handling of storm water as required, parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, well and septic, and a flurry of other things that are required to make sure that the site is ideally prepared for the building construction. This is the longest phase of the project and so getting a jump on this early is very beneficial to the team.
